Melanie Ntsakey

Melanie Ntsakey is a literacy leader, principal coach, and curriculum implementation specialist with experience across district, charter, nonprofit, and higher education settings. She has helped educators strengthen instruction, implement high-quality curriculum, use data effectively, and improve student outcomes.

As Managing Director of Literacy at The BlueprintCo, Melanie leads school learning plans, principal engagement, teacher training, and student outcomes monitoring across schools in New Jersey, New York City, and Trenton. She also serves as a Senior Educational Consultant and Leadership Coach with Schoolwide Inc., supporting principals and school teams through curriculum implementation and professional learning.

Previously, Melanie supported districtwide literacy and EdTech initiatives across more than 20 NYC public schools through the Carmel Hill Fund. Earlier in her career, she was a Founding Teacher and Dean of Curriculum and Instruction at Beacon College Prep and began her career as a Teach For America corps member and content leader.
