Harcourt Lucius

Harcourt Lucius is an enrollment, college success, and youth development leader with more than 20 years of experience helping students and families navigate admissions, college access, athletic recruitment, career readiness, and postsecondary transitions.

He currently serves as Admission Associate, Outreach Coordinator, and Athletics Liaison at Newark Academy, where he supports enrollment initiatives, scholar-athlete recruitment, partnership development, and student success programs. He also serves as Head Track & Field Coach and is a member of the school’s Equity and Inclusion Team.

Previously, Harcourt served as Director of College Success and Registrar at Brooklyn Laboratory Charter School, supporting more than 400 scholars in college and career planning, and as Director of KIPP Through College at KIPP Newark Collegiate Academy, where he led counseling and college success initiatives serving more than 800 students. Earlier in his career, he developed college counseling systems, advised student-athletes, and led mentoring and leadership programs through his nonprofit work.
