About Bb Ntsakey
Bb Ntsakey is a school and systems leader with more than 15 years of experience coaching principals, strengthening instruction, and designing systems that improve student outcomes. As Managing Director of Leadership Coaching at The BlueprintCo, he supports schools and organizations through principal coaching, MTSS design, curriculum implementation, leadership development, and continuous improvement.
His work is grounded in user-centered school design and spans district, charter, and nonprofit settings. Bb has held leadership roles with Equity by Design, Brooklyn Laboratory Charter Schools, Community Charter School of Paterson, Uncommon Schools, and Teach For America, where he led academic strategy, instructional systems, and school improvement efforts.
Throughout his career, Bb has coached leadership teams, strengthened curriculum and instructional systems, supported student intervention structures, and developed teacher and leader capacity. His work has contributed to stronger school culture, improved instructional coherence, successful charter renewals, and measurable student achievement gains.
He began his career in Miami-Dade County Public Schools as a special educator, humanities coach, and teacher leader.
